Backed by Canada’s Building Trades Unions and recognized by the Governments of Ontario and Alberta, Veterans Affairs Canada, and the Canadian Armed Forces, H2H offers access to top wages, benefits, and pensions in a rewarding second career.
Our mission
The mission of Helmets to Hardhats (H2H) is to support Veterans, reservists, senior cadets and military family members in finding a meaningful second career in the unionized construction industry. H2H builds civilian careers for the military community by simplifying and expediting the process for Veterans to continue serving their communities, this time, through the skilled trades and apprenticeship opportunities.
